At college, I majored on design, and still employ these skills now... dividing my time between landscape architecture design in the summer and painting in the winter, with a little bit of sailing in between. Having been on my boat exploring the waters of Scotland, my inspiration is drawn from the seascapes. Being on the water you notice the subtle patterns in the sea, how the light changes, and how the water, beaches, mountains, and main influence of wee settlements and boats perfectly compliment each other. I live in the north of Argyll by the sea, escape onto it whenever I can, and love to paint it! SOLD SOLD SOLD
