I enjoy using colour to define contours, structure and changing light sequences. I work predominantly in oil. I graduated from Glasgow School of Art in the seventies and had a successful teaching career before progressing to paint full time. I have exhibited abroad including the USA and widely throughout Scotland. My work is in numerous private and public collections including Royal Bank of Scotland and the University of Liverpool. I am the member of several art organizations and my work has been given exposure in the press and through features in several TV programmes.
